Truncate has_one field on index

Sometimes to_s returns a really long string, which makes has_one fields on the index view take up a lot of space.
How can I truncate those values?
I tried field :my_field, as: :has_one, format_display_using: -> { value&.to_s&.truncate(50) } but that messes up the link target.

Hi @manuelmeurer has_one uses the Avo::Resources::MyField target resource's title to render that link, you can make self.title as lambda function and truncate it when the string is really long.

Thanks! I found a different solution with CSS: adding html: { index: { wrapper: { classes: "max-w-xs truncate" } } } will truncate the field at 20rem width.
