EnterRouterMode.sh doesn't execute on 2.000.022

Just checking if this is still maintained. All I want to be able to do telnet in, but apparently telnet has been disabled. I added ls -l / > file to the EnterRouterMode.sh and it doesn't execute. Any ideas?

Which device?

I vaguely remember version numbers ending in .020 and .024 for the WD-02 (which I once had and used, before it went south)

Sorry, I got the WD-009. I tried installing 2.000.018 also. Do I need to set the +x permissions? There are no executable permissions that can be set on FAT filesystems are there?
