Is there no arm7 built for raspberry?

No, use aarch64 (arm64) release if you are using 64-bit OS which offer best performance or arm6 for 32-bit legacy OS. You can compile HyperHDR yourself for 32-bit armv7h, but it will still be slower than the 64-bit version. #694
