Add Radial LED Layout #1366

Feature request
Radial LED Layout evenly distributes data collection for all LEDs creating a symmetric way of screen data sampling especially when an object is based in the middle of the screen. It is still a concept and your comments can help improve this suggestion.
What problem does this feature solve?
It evenly distributes the screen data to all LEDS compared to classic frame.
What does the proposed API look like?
How should this be implemented in your opinion?
It shouldn't replace the current ("Classic Layout") but an added option/selection.
Are you willing to work on this yourself?
I am no expert so I guess I can't. But if I could someday, I shall.
