Hello,
Thank you very much for providing this Ambilight-tool!
I am having problems controlling my LED-stripe WS2812B using my Raspberry Pi connected to a ItsyBitsy RP2040 Slave.
My hardware setup for testing purposes (only 4 LEDs on my stripe, power via Raspberry):
- LED-stripe data cable to ItsyBitsy RP2040 (GPIO14 - I tried also GPIO1)
- LED-stripe ground cable to both ItsyBitsy RP2040 and raspberry Pi4
- LED-stripe power cable to raspberry pi (5V) - I measured 5 V in the LED stripe
- USB-A cable from Raspberry to ItsyBitsy RP2040
The LED-stripe was tested beforehand
My software setup:
- ItsyBitsy RP2040 was flashed with https://github.com/awawa-dev/HyperSerialPico/releases/download/v4.0.0.0/HyperSerialPico_ws2812.uf2
- HyperHDR was installed according to https://github.com/awawa-dev/HyperHDR/wiki/Installation
- HyperHDR was tested as normal user and in root mode (suggested somewhere else)
- Background effects in HyperHDR is activated (no other tools are connected like Grabbers, etc.)
- HyperHDR LED config:
However, the LEDs are not shining at all. I think this could be an issue:
