Should there be @since in a library?

I think that because this is a library intended to be included into any plugin/theme, it should not have any @since in the codebase.

Right now, I see some templates or obsolete mentions of @since from EDD: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Aawesomemotive%2Fedd-sl-sdk%20%40since%20&type=code (or here)

I do want to have the versions logged, yes, and we should correct the incorrect ones and the placeholders--thank you!
