[Analytics] Add Amazon Kinesis Data Streams Support

The Amplify JS has support for recording events to be batched and sent to Amazon Kinesis Data Streams. This feature request covers bringing similar functionality to this platform.

Describe the solution you'd like

Ability to record an event and have it stored and batched, with retries.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using the AWS Swift SDK directly does not support offline or mobile use cases.
