Inconsistencies in docs concerning aws-exports.js and amplifyconfiguration.json

Describe the content issue:

This page suggests that for amplify v6 aws-exports.js is generated upon amplify push (and that we must import awsconfig from './aws-exports')

But this migration page says we need to import amplifyconfig from './amplifyconfiguration.json'

I assume importing amplifyconfiguration.json is correct?

Hey @mohammedsahl thanks for pointing this out. If you are using Amplify Gen1 experience, i.e. the Amplify CLI, using amplifyconfiguration.json is recommended. Though the content in both aws-exports.js and amplifyconfiguration.json are identical, they can be used interchangeably. We will update the documentation to improve the consistency. 👍
