Fixes aws-cloudformation#654 Adds linux-named release assets alongside existing ubuntu-named ones for backward compatibility. This allows tools like ubi that expect standard OS naming (linux, macos, windows) to work while preserving existing ubuntu URLs for current users. New assets added: - cfn-guard-v3-x86_64-linux-latest.tar.gz - cfn-guard-v3-aarch64-linux-latest.tar.gz - cfn-guard-v3-linux-latest.tar.gz
