List the API resources in order of importance to you:

2. Core Network
3. Attachments
4. Attachments Policies
5. ...

Ideally a controller that let me create a Cloudwan and configure it dynamically as the network evolve.
Having a controller will allow to efficiently and dynamically managed segments, joining/leaving VPCs, policies and more.
