Feature Request: Standalone runtime CLI

What

Currently this validator can only be run in isolation based on the contents on this repo. It would be nice if it could be installed as a standalone CLI tool and run against a directory (Or singular test cases) on the fly in order to better integrate this repository into other IAC repos / CICD Pipelines (Possibly published as an NPM package).

Why

In order to make this tool more accessible for use outside of an experimentation context

Will aim to open a PR if I get the chance to put something in place for this!
