If nisa API is mentioned for a given architectural feature, that means NKI support is ready yet.

I don't know what this means. I think it means that if a nisa API is mentioned, that NKI supports that feature.

Hi @jimburtoft, thanks for reporting this issue. The wording is indeed not clear, and we'll be fixing that.

The original intent was to say that some Trainium3 architecture features mentioned in that page do not have an associated nki.isa API at this time.
The full list of ISA instructions supported by NKI can be found here.
