Root Cause: The Strands framework's Bedrock integration has a bug in bedrock_utils.py line 493 where it expects response["output"]["message"] but Bedrock sometimes returns responses without the output key.

Immediate Actions:
• Add error handling in nutrition agent tools to gracefully handle service failures
• Implement proper fallback responses when nutrition service is unavailable
• Update Bedrock response parsing to handle missing output field
• Monitor nutrition service connectivity and add retry logic

The agent should only recommend products from the database (PurrfectChoice, BarkBite, etc.) but errors cause it to generate generic recommendations instead.
