Feature: Demo should automatically switch between high/low quality video publishing and number of videos to watch based on Network bandwidth and compute capacity.

Currently demo solution shared video in single high quality, although due to network congestion, sending high quality video is not feasible. If this demo can have a capability to switch between high/low-quality video while publishing that will greatly increased overall user experience.

Similarly in case of multiple publishers of video, demo currently shows all possible videos available. If we can manage to show dynamically shows the video which prioritize on my video publishing and then remaining how many videos tiles to show, should depends on my available Network bandwidth.
