Description
Describe the bug
During setup of the Amazon Connect KVS integration (seen here), the sample contact flow no longer imports. Amazon Connect errors while trying to import the file.
To Reproduce
See this step.
Expected behavior
The expected behavior is that the flow is imports properly to Amazon Connect.
Additional context
AWS is aware of this issue and will provide a fix in an upcoming release. In the meantime, please open the sample contact flow in a text editor, identify which contact flow blocks are there, and re-build the contact flow manually.
