Bug Report: AWS CloudFormation Nested Stack Creation Failure - OpenSearch Domain Permissions Issue

Describe the bug
During CloudFormation stack deployment, the nested stack creation failed due to insufficient permissions for OpenSearch Domain creation with Cognito integration.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Deploy CloudFormation stack
Stack attempts to create OpenSearch Domain with Cognito authentication
Failure occurs during Cognito user pool client creation
