When a server's ECS task is added, is it not reflected in Addresses? #6
Description
For example, update the desired count for the ECS service "server" from 3 counts to 4 counts.
Then CloudmapResolver.ResolveNow method is not called and looks like State.Addresses is not added the address of the newly started ECS task.
