Install HDFS plugin with V3 and add policy for User home directory #95
Description
User home directory in HDFS /user/{user} is not setup when the cluster is created. When running any Yarn workloads job fail if the "home" directory is not created. This requires manual step to create home directories for all the AD users.
A better approach is to have the HDFS plugin installed with the policy that gives RWX permissions to the user.
