README.md for Slurm is incomplete

The Slurm README.md file is incomplete in the Container section. The section ends like "If you are using a container image, you need to uncomment the line below in the" and the next section begins without the previous section being complete.

This needs to be fixed - we either remove this line or add what needs to uncommented.
