Connecting with Google IdP

We use Google as our IdP and we have AWS using IAM IDC SSO with the IdP. So when now adding the TEAM app, I followed the following steps

Basically, when clicking the app it tries https://d-path.awsapps.com/start/#/saml/default/TEAM%20IDC%20APP/ins-code, then it gets routed to https://d-path.awsapps.com/start/?relayId=guidpath followed by https://us-east-1.signin.aws/platform/login?workflowStateHandle=workflow-guid.

We are not in us-east and it is routing there.

I cannot see what I did wrong.

This apparently had to do with IDC metadata upload file.
