from the AppSync logs we could the following error message "errors.0 customTemplateException(message='NoneType' object is not iterable, errorType=Lambda:Unhandled, data=null, errorInfo=null" any idea on this, anything to do with mapping issue ? |

Hi, we have a intermittent issue whereby when we create request --> submit button. its keeps spinning. we have cancel and submit request again. would like to know is anyone encountered similar issue.
what is the workflow when we click submit button, does it triggers lambda to create a request in Dynamodb, so we can check is there any resource bottleneck.
