A2I feature not able to extract fields correctly for my document

Describe the bug
After a user logs in to a2i workforce dashboard,

1. the fields are not editable for the document
2. the changes are not being saved . when the save changes button is clicked, there is no response or event generated on the developer portal

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click on A2I HITL loop link
2. Log into the workforce management portal (private)
3. Select the task and work on it
4. For every page in the document provided - the fields have a text box with a value which is generally editable
5. try making a change and click on save. Does not work.

Expected behavior
expecting a way to able to make changes to the document fields and successfully save the changes for each page of the document.

Additionally, I want it to trigger HITL for all fields, so i've set it to 100% , but it ignores this and triggers only for certain fields.
