Minimum quota requirements

Hi, thanks for all the hard work putting this together!

I am trying to use the CloudFormation stack in the README but I run into various errors surrounding quota limits e.g. Specified ReservedConcurrentExecutions for function decreases account's UnreservedConcurrentExecution below its minimum value of [10]. (Service: Lambda, Status Code: 400. Is there a guide on the required quota levels for the CloudFormation stack building to be successful? This is a brand new AWS account and trying to build in the us-east-1 region
