Enhancement Request: Agentic AI Capabilities for AWS QnABot

Any chance for enhancement to the AWS QnABot solution to support Agentic AI capabilities—i.e., goal-driven, multi-step task orchestration where the bot can plan, call tools/APIs, validate outcomes, and iterate autonomously to complete user-intent tasks.

Hi @elina-ashi, there are currently no active plans that the team has to add an Agentic component into QnABot. We are open to hearing feature requests so if you have any additional thoughts on what sort of Agentic integration you would like to see in QnABot, please feel free to share your thoughts in this issue for our product team to evaluate for the roadmap. Should this issue be picked up in the future we will notify this thread to keep you in the loop.

Alternatively there are other products in the AWS Solutions library which have agentic capabilities in them today. One such example is the Generative AI Application Builder on AWS: https://aws.amazon.com/solutions/implementations/generative-ai-application-builder-on-aws/
