`cloudwatch-agent-operator` shows TLS handshake error

I installed the [Amazon CloudWatch](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudWatch/latest/monitoring/install-CloudWatch-Observability-EKS-addon.html#install-CloudWatch-Observability-EKS-addon-workernodes) plugin on the EKS cluster, `cloudwatch-agent-operator` shows TLS handshake error:
