Show/CMD Context Window Percentage

Is there a way to know the percentage of the context window. I have noticed that if Q near its context window limit, its reasoning ability can degrade. This is crucial for me especially if i'm in the middle of debugging and creating feature. It is hard for me to explain again if i will start a new conversation like db schema, other integration things....
