Q chat requires non obvious interactivity

• I have run q restart and replicated the issue again

Expected behaviour

I am expecting Q chat to show all outputs including those where a response is required from the user (e.g. y/n).

Actual behaviour

Sometimes these lines are omitted making it confusing for the user on whether they need to act or wait.

Steps to reproduce

Typically asking Q chat to destroy a CDK deployment leads to this (but other users said they are seeing this when interacting with SAM and other tools).

This is an example of an interaction where it was not clear I had to type y.
