Cross-region EventBridge delivery

Now that EventBridge has support for cross-region delivery of events, I'm interested to figure out how this can be deployed with CDK.

My experience has been that you can't deploy stuff to multiple regions within the same stack, which will make it rather difficult to share the Arn of the target (e.g. SNS topic in eu-west-1) with the place where the EventBridge config is defined (e.g. in us-east-1).

What's the best way to go about this?
