Pull build-python3.7 image

I have a cdk app with PythonFunction declared.
When I try to cdk synth I have an access denied error from the public.ecr.aws/sam/build-python3.7 repo.

I am logged in to my Dockerhub account, the repo is meant to be public, do anyone know why am I unable access this image ?
