CDK watch - Combine multiple changes in a single hot-swap

Can CDK watch be enhanced to detect multiple changes and combine them in a single hot-swap push?

At present, we see a message like following if we save a file 3 times in the middle of a cdk watch hot-swap. From what I have seen, CDK will run hot-swap 3 more times after current hot-swap completes.

Detected change to 'filepath/filename.ts' (type: change) while 'cdk deploy' is still running. Will queue for another deployment after this one finishes

Having option to combine multiple changes (same or different files) in a single hot-swap will be very useful.
