Certificate Disassociation

Hi guys.

I have a terraform setup that creates and destroys a stack.
For some reason, when I destroyed my stack, the cloudfront distribution was destroyed but I can still see its association on the cert.
I have run this workflow probably 100 times and this has never happened.

However, this has now caused the cert to be deemed in use as the association is still present which is now causing issues with my IaC as well as preventing me from deleting the cert

Other than the "bug", should there not be an option on the cert itself to remove any associations?
