cdk toolkit: Possibility to remove notification-arns

Hi,
Is there a possiblity to remove the sns topic from Notifications of different cloudformation deploy through cdk ?
It's seems its possible in CFN but i cannot set it on cdk deplkoy with a --notification-arns empty or []

Get a Notification arn [] is not a valid arn for an SNS topic
