mail from AWS Health about "[Action required] AWS CDK v1 End-of-Support" seems incorrect

I got an email from AWS Health about "[Action required] AWS CDK v1 End-of-Support", but it seems incorrect.

All of my stacks are bootstrapped and deployed by CDK v2 (typescript aws-cdk, aws-cdk-lib).
I also check it by awscdk-v1-stack-finder, and it said "No AWS CDK V1 stacks found".

It seems because the stack mentioned in the mail includes @aws-cdk/aws-xxxx-alpha module.
Did anyone get same notification, which seems incorrect?

We got the same email although all the stacks were deployed with CDKv2.

Seems our stacks contain @aws-cdk/aws-lambda-python-alpha module.

It seems that some kind of issue has occurred after all.
Let's trust the results of awscdk-v1-stack-finder.

I hope AWS would investigate and announce about the issue.

Hi there! Thanks for reporting this. We found that our selection criteria might have incorrectly included certain v2 stacks. We are researching this further and assessing what the best course of action is to remediate and/or send out an updated communication. It's also possible that some stacks were updated right after we pulled the list of folks to notify, but also in some cases you might receive a notification even if you were never on v1.

awscdk-v1-stack-finder was just updated yesterday, so I'm not sure yet if the false positive also happens with that tool, but we'll follow up with that one as well.
