Nested stack cdk version incorrectly detected by AWS "Action required" email notice

Hello,

I received an email indicating me to update some stacks to version 2.

The email listed the stack ids and mentioned the awscdk-v1-stack-finder to find more information about the stacks.

"The following are your CloudFormation Stack Id(s) that were deployed using AWS CDK version 1. You can also identify the stacks that were deployed by utilizing the awscdk-v1-stack-finder [2] command-line utility."

I ran awscdk-v1-stack-finder and it found no stacks.

I then ran aws cloudformation list-stacks --no-paginate --output text > ~/out to find the stacks ids and I found the stacks from the email, and noticed they were all nested stacks.

These are all recently deployed stacks, and I know I used cdkv2.

I'm guessing whatever generated the [External][Action required] AWS CDK v1 End-of-Support June 1, 2023 [AWS Account: email is incorreclty detecting nested stacks as v1?

Is there another way to check the cdk version from a stack?
