Hello all,
I am unable to install the latest version of the cdk on a mac with arm chips. The npm install -g was-cdk command delivers version 2.78.0
I am looking to upgrade to use the new socket functionality in API gateway.

Try running npm uninstall -g aws-cdk, then what happens when you npm install -g aws-cdk@latest and then cdk --version?
