YAML configuration Firelens

Please how can I make that the configuration is in YAML and not in .conf when using the service Firelens and fluentbit.

Error log:

[2025/10/16 08:02:07.598146238] [error] [config] error in /fluent-bit/etc/external.conf:1: undefined value - check config is in valid classic format

I put my conf file in s3 which is in YAML I checked documentation for Firelens but Can't find how
