chore(deps): bump got and @jupyterlab/builder

Removes [got](https://github.com/sindresorhus/got). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@jupyterlab/builder](https://github.com/jupyterlab/jupyterlab). These dependencies need to be updated together.
