Why logic is diffrent between two ways? - GetSignature

I want to make signature by using this sdk's GetSignature function... And I have a question

I think these two ways have different logic.
Is there any problem that I overlooked??

The signing method code that you have here is specifically for signing messages that are sent over HTTP stream using the AWS event stream protocol. You can learn more about this, and the message signing schema here.
