Amazon EMR Update: This release provides customers the ability to define a timeout period for procuring capacity during a resize operation for Instance Fleet clusters. Customers can specify this timeout using the ResizeSpecifications parameter supported by RunJobFlow, ModifyInstanceFleet and AddInstanceFleet APIs.
