Amazon Athena Update: Add FEDERATED type to CreateDataCatalog. This creates Athena Data Catalog, AWS Lambda connector, and AWS Glue connection. Create/DeleteDataCatalog returns DataCatalog. Add Status, ConnectionType, and Error to DataCatalog and DataCatalogSummary. Add DeleteCatalogOnly to delete Athena Catalog only.
