feat(client-bedrock): Introduced two APIs ListPromptRouters and GetPromptRouter for Intelligent Prompt Router feature. Add support for Bedrock Guardrails image content filter. New Bedrock Marketplace feature enabling a wider range of bedrock compatible models with self-hosted capability.
