Is max_bandwidth configuration option supported in javascript SDK?

Looks like aws cli supports this feature: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/credref/latest/refdocs/setting-s3-max_bandwidth.html. Just wondering if it's or will be supported in this sdk? Thanks.
