Cognito API Limits

Describe the issue

The limits in the Cognito API are documented between 0 and 60. However, the default limit is 25. Please add the default limit to the documentation.

The default value is not 25. It seems that the limit for this query is only a maximum, and requests can return fewer than the limit even if multiple pages exist. The (non-)existence of the pagination token in the response is the only indicator that you've reached the end.

If we do the calls without specifying a limit, we get back only 25 items, even though there were more in the user pool. If you say that this is the normal behavior and only the existence of the pagination token in the response is the only indicator, then this is how it is designed, although I think that should also be stated in the documentation.

@zshzbh could you modify the request to the service team / documentation writer?

From an observer perspective the somewhat random number of items returned by the request can be confusing. I speculate it is related to data adjacency in their data source, but they could answer conclusively with a docs update.
