Description
Describe the feature
Values with VR OB are 'Other Byte' strings. It is my understanding that the method used to convert the raw value to a human readable value is dictated by the Transfer Syntax. For example, the value currently shown as "AAE=" would be 256 after conversion for Transfer Syntax 1.2.840.10008.1.2.1.
The feature being requested is that OB values be converted to the human readable value.
Use Case
If AWS does not translate this value, I am going to have to figure out how to do it.
