The latest 3.74 Update Version Naming Broken

AWS Toolkit and Amazon Q no longer compatible with each other/mis-matched

AWS Toolkit's new version: 3.74-251 AWS should be 3.74.251 AWS.

That hyphen has made it no longer work with Amazon Q 3.74.251 AWS
