Amazon Q IDE plugin - missing feedback thumbs up/down

Describe the bug
The Amazon Q IDE plugin does not have feedback controls for thumbs up/down.

To reproduce

1. Open Amazon Q Chat, have a conversation
2. There are no feedback controls.

Expected behavior
I expect to see some option to provide thumbs up or down feedback to a response.
