fix(chat): Use editor background for chat background

Types of changes

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Description

Chat was using the incorrect color as a background. Converging on the editor's background.

• Note: this matches the card background, but this is similar to VSC. Can revisit at a later time.
