Cannot Unsubscribe Amazon Q Developer Pro

Problem

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on 'Manage Q Developer Developer Pro Subscription'
3. See error
   ":To increase your limit, subscribe to a Kiro subscription. Choose the right plan and log in to app.kiro.dev, pick the plan, and once active, you should be able to continue and use Q and Kiro services with the new limits. If you have questions, refer to our FAQs"

If I open app.kiro.dev and login with builder account

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open the subscription panel to unsubs user from amazon developer Pro.

It just looping to login page at Kiro if I login with Builder ID.

Having the same issue. I can see my subscription in the "amazon q console" but there is no option to cancel it. It says its a "group" type but there are zero groups listed and aws support will not respond. Every time I click "manage amazon q pro subscription" in vs code it errors with:

But I never signed up for Kiro, only amazon q months ago.

If I log into kiro with the same builder id, it says im free tier. So my amazon q pro subscription is stuck in limbo and cannot be cancelled.

I've followed the documentation to unsubscribe from the VS Code extension, but it's not working. I believe there's a bug in both the app and the web portal regarding Builder ID accounts that haven't signed into Kiro while still being subscribed to Developer Pro. I can show you a video of the issue if you'd like.

Can you try from AWS Management Console

To unsubscribe your Builder ID starting from the AWS Management Console

• Sign in to the AWS Management Console using the AWS account that's linked to your personal account (Builder ID). You specified this AWS account when you upgraded your Builder ID to the Pro tier. For more information, see Upgrading a personal account (Builder ID).

• Switch to the Amazon Q Developer console in the US East (N. Virginia) Region (IAD).

• Choose Subscriptions.

• In the Builder ID users section, choose Unsubscribe.

Thank you for the instructions. I have followed the steps as suggested: signing in to the linked AWS account, switching to the US East (N. Virginia) region, and accessing the Amazon Q Developer console.

However, I am still unable to unsubscribe. Previously, my user profile was visible in the Builder ID users section. But since the dashboard updated to the new Kiro subscription platform, the user has completely disappeared from that list.

Because the user is missing from the section, I cannot select anything to click the 'Unsubscribe' button, even though the dashboard indicates that the subscription is active. It seems like my legacy Builder ID user did not sync correctly after the dashboard update to the Kiro platform.

Could you please look into this or provide an alternative way to force the unsubscribe?
