I renewed my subscription but still getting limit reached error on VS Code even after clearing the cache and multiple restarts

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to 'VS Code, AmazonQ'
2. Click on 'New tab, and type a question'
3. See error: You have reached the limit.
