fix(agentic chat): Temporarily disable E2E tests

Problem

E2E tests in Agentic coding experience are currently not working since the LSP is not set up correctly. This requires changes to the testing framework, which are still ongoing.

Solution

Disable the E2E tests so the CI passes, while the E2E tests are not updated yet
